Orders will be shipped from our warehouse no more than 2 days from the time you place the order. If your order is placed after closing hours, it will be processed within the next business day.
Customs and Import Duties:
Accessorries.com has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. As much as we would love for this not to be the case, there is nothing we can do about the customs laws in different countries. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. Accessorries.com advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.
Note: Accessorries.com pay all the charges before dispatching the orders to our end customers.
Wrong address policy:
We only ship products to your shipping address on our website, so please enter it carefully when placing your order.
If you have made a mistake in entering your shipping address, please contact our customer support immediately.
Your shipping address may still be changed if your order is not fulfilled and shipped from the warehouse.
If you haven’t received your order and it hasn’t shipped out from your warehouse, please get in touch with our customer support team ASAP to resolve this issue.
If your order has shipped out, and it’s returned to us because of an incorrect address or not having enough shipping address, we’ll need to send you a new invoice to cover the full amount of your re-shipping costs.
If the order has shipped out and is delivered to the incorrect address, you may only lose your order if you are unable to resolve the issue with the logistics team or recipient. We cannot refund this order or ship another package.
We do not recommend this policy and it is not our preferred option. However, the most straightforward way to resolve this issue is to enter and verify your address while placing your order.
